Hawke’s Bay Tourism’s consumer website, www.hawkesbaynz.com, pulls all its events from www.eventfinda.co.nz

This is done through an automatic process that searches for any events on in Hawke’s Bay (that are listed on Eventfinda) and copies the event listing to our website. This also populates our events specific website events.hawkesbaynz.com.

If you would like your listing to appear on our website and events.hawkesbaynz.com then you will need to list your event on Eventfinda.
It’s free (and fast) to list on Eventfinda, even if you are ticketing your event through another company or through your own website.

The event page rotating feature tiles are created by the digital team at Hawke’s Bay Tourism, if you think your event should be featured on our website then please email the details of your event along with any images and the link to your Eventfinda listing to kellyd@hawkesbaytourism.co.nz. Events are featured at the sole discretion of Hawke’s Bay Tourism and are listed with a focus on visitors to the region. 


 

To get started listing your event on Eventfinda, simply click the Sign Up or Log In button at the top right of any page on Eventfinda – www.eventfinda.co.nz

If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be able to create one. The system will ask for your email address and then send you a confirmation email to ensure security. Confirm your account, create a password and then click the List Event button and use your email address and password to log in and list your event.

The List Event button will take you to Eventfinda Pro, our promoters’ portal, where you’ll follow the easy Add Event form to enter your event’s details and images. Continue until you click the Submit For Approval button at the end. Our moderators review new listings throughout the day for publication.

If you’re listing a tour or a multi-venue event, use the handy Advanced > List Similar button to duplicate your listing so you can easily change the date/time and venue information without having to enter all the details again.

You’ll be able to use your email address and password to log in at any time to submit more events, edit your event listings, add images, change information or sign up for Eventfinda Ticketing Services.
