Who makes up the Regional Events Group?
The Regional Events Group is made up of events and marketing staff from Hawke’s Bay Tourism, Sport Hawke’s Bay, Napier City Council, Hastings District Council, Wairoa and Central Hawke’s Bay.
Event organisers that meet the Regional Events criteria will have access to Event Templates to assist them in running their events, including Budgeting, Marketing and Health and Safety Pan templates and advice.

Kevin is your main point of contact for various Council bookings and resource consents for your event.
He is also available to assist in marketing and promoting your event and can discuss financial budgets of your event including suppliers of various equipment as well as help in identifying sponsors and funders.
